التعديل : يجب أن تكون خلال أسبوع من عملية التسليم وسنعمل جاهدين لتلبية حاجتك ورضاك . 

تكلفة التوصيل للتعديل : سنتحمل تكلفة التوصيل إذا كان الخطأ يعود لمتجرنا ، أما إذا كان الخطأ سببه عدم الدقة في إعطائنا التفاصيل الصحيحة ، فتكلفة التوصيل يتحملها العميل . 

استرداد المبلغ : لا يسمح باسترداد المبلغ المالي في حالة تقديمنا الطلب كما تم توضيحه على أكمل وجه إلا في ظروف استثنائية حسب تقديرنا الخاص . 

سياسة الاستبدال : يسمح بالاستبدال للقطع الفورية فقط ، ويكون ذلك خلال 48 ساعة فقط من عملية الاستلام ، كما يجب استيفاء الشروط التالية : 

أ - ضرورة أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية ، ولا تظهر عليه آثار استعمال أو استخدام .

ب - سلامة المنتج وعدم تلفه ، ويتم تسليمه لنا كما تم استلامه . 

ج - إثبات الشراء كإيصال الطلب ذاته .

ملاحظة : سياسة الإرجاع قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق ؛ لذلك يرجى الاطلاع بشكل مستمر لمعرفة التحديثات والتعديلات .

Alterations:

Alteration requests must be made within one week of delivery. We will do our best to meet your needs and ensure your satisfaction.

• Shipping Cost for Alterations:

If the error is from our side, we will cover the shipping cost. However, if the issue is due to incorrect or inaccurate details provided by the customer, the shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds:

Refunds are not permitted if the order was fulfilled accurately as described. Exceptions may be made under special circumstances at our sole discretion.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are only allowed for ready-to-wear items, and must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order. The following conditions must be met:

• A. The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or use.

• B. The item must be undamaged and returned as received.

• C. A proof of purchase, such as the order receipt, must be provided.
